Hi, I’m Monique

A holistic health advocate, kinesiologist in training and budding ceremonialist.
With a background in naturopathic health science and shamanic studies, my sessions aim to address all planes of existence from the physical, mental & emotional through to the spiritual.

Transformation is always preceded by a change in perception.
Wisdom that arises through your own personal insight will always usurp that which has been taught.

My aim is to inform, empower and create space for your own authentic breakthroughs.

We cannot predict when revelations will reveal themselves, but we can craft an environment that fosters the flood of light into your cells.
In this respect, my intention is to be a midwife for your own self-illumination and soul evolution.

All spirited sessions and products are made within Shamanic Energy Training templates as taught by Sharon Bolt of the White Dragon Lineage.

By training with and working within a lineage, my clients and ceremonial participants have access to an unbroken line of spiritual support that transcends generations, time and space.

I am concurrently training for an International Certificate of Professional Kinesiology Practice with Claire Vannuccini at The Northern School of Kinesiology and I have a Diploma in Health Science from Endeavour College of Natural Health.
